About the Role

This is role  is designed to support our Managing Partner and contribute to the ongoing growth and health of the practice.

You won’t be managing calendars or prepping meeting agendas.

Instead, you’ll be at the heart of how we operate—supporting business planning, streamlining systems, and helping bring firm-wide initiatives to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives – Help implement business goals and support thoughtful changes to how we work.

  • Lead or support special projects – Take ownership of internal projects that improve studio operations, culture, or efficiency.

  • Streamline internal systems – Help bring order to processes and workflows. Organize priorities, track progress, and help ensure things don’t fall through the cracks.

  • Support HR and internal communications – Coordinate records and processes like performance reviews, and support employee engagement.

  • Assist with financial and administrative oversight – Help coordinate reporting cycles and gather the information needed for quarterly or year-end reviews.

  • Support business development – Organize and track leads, help with communications and research.

Who You Are

You have 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, supporting senior leadership and managing a wide range of operational tasks. You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in environments where you can bring clarity to complexity.

You’re not just looking to “keep things running”—you’re excited to improve how things run. You’re confident juggling multiple priorities, keeping track of details, and communicating clearly across teams.

You bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and task/project management software

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Experience in a creative or professional services environment is a plus, but not required.
