We are seeking an Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of fast-paced national retail and QSR roll-out projects. This position is best suited to candidates who have direct experience working within branded program environments where timelines are compressed, standards are strict, and documentation quality must remain consistently high.

This role requires prior exposure to national retail or QSR roll-outs. Candidates without this background are unlikely to be successful in the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce construction documentation and technical drawing packages in support of multiple concurrent projects

• Develop permit, tender, and construction sets in accordance with established brand standards and internal QA/QC expectations

• Coordinate technical inputs with consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant deliverables

• Review documentation for code compliance and alignment with municipal requirements across jurisdictions

• Resolve technical and detailing issues efficiently, escalating where required

• Support continuous improvement of documentation workflows and contribute to mentorship of junior team members

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in architectural production and technical documentation

• Demonstrated experience delivering national retail or QSR roll-out projects within a branded environment (required)

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

• Working knowledge of Canadian and/or U.S. building codes

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field
