Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to deliver quality work on complex retail and commercial programs?

You’ll join a highly experienced team delivering demanding national rollouts and major commercial environments. If you enjoy solving coordination challenges, elevating drawing standards, and guiding junior staff , this role offers the opportunity to make a major impact.

What You’ll Do

• Work across multiple projects from design development through construction completion

• Lead preparation and issuance of deliverables including permit, bid, and construction packages

• Assist project teams with full Revit setup and coordination workflows

• Support evolution of firm-wide standards including transfer of CAD standards into Revit

• Create parametric Revit families for project-specific and reusable content

• Conduct site/scope visits and ensure clear documentation of conditions

• Provide mentorship and quality oversight for junior team members.

What you Bring

• 5+ years of relevant architectural technology experience

• Advanced technical proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, including worksharing

• Experience managing multiple deadlines in a collaborative team environment

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Solid knowledge of Canadian building codes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

• Experience using Enscape, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop is a strong asset.
