We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist / Project Coordinator who excels at turning design intent into clear, buildable solutions. Our work is heavily focused on hospitality and restaurant environments  where precision, speed, and exceptional coordination are essential.

This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, highly organized, and confident managing drawing production, permitting, and consultant coordination from design through project delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Convert interior design concepts into detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD

• Review and refine outsourced drawing sets for accuracy and code compliance

• Coordinate consultant inputs (structural, MEP, etc.) into integrated drawing packages

• Prepare and manage permit applications and approvals

• Support project documentation, timelines, RFIs and issue tracking

• Assist with coordination during construction to ensure design intent is maintained

What You Bring

• 8–10 years of architectural technology and project coordination experience

• Hospitality or restaurant project experience strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of Ontario Building Code and permit requirements

• Ability to read and produce detailed drawings for interiors and architectural scopes

• Proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Photoshop

• Excellent communication skills and confidence managing multiple consultants

• Organized, proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong follow-through
