What We’re Looking For
You might be the right fit if you:
Have 7+ years of post-master’s experience, including at least 2 years in a Project Manager role
Enjoy working at smaller firms where collaboration, initiative, and versatility are key
Bring exceptional design skills and a sharp eye for detail across all project stages
Have experience managing teams and coordinating across disciplines
Are entrepreneurial—you take ownership, solve problems, and want to contribute to the firm’s growth and culture
Are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and craft
What you’ll need:
Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and detailing
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
Deep knowledge of Ontario Building Code (Parts 3 & 9)
Experience in all project phases, including approvals, construction drawings, and site reviews
Excellent client, consultant, and team communication skills
Bonus: Passive House experience, LEED and/or WELL accreditation
