We’re looking for a Senior Architect / Project Manager who brings a strong design sensibility, a proactive mindset, and experience leading small teams on a variety of project types. If you’ve worked at a small firm and loved the hands-on, all-in atmosphere—you’ll feel right at home here.

About the Studio

We’re a design-driven, award-winning architecture and interiors practice with a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, cultural, and sustainable projects. Our studio culture is grounded in mentorship, purpose-driven work, and a deep commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

What We’re Looking For

You might be the right fit if you:

  • Have 7+ years of post-master’s experience, including at least 2 years in a Project Manager role

  • Enjoy working at smaller firms where collaboration, initiative, and versatility are key

  • Bring exceptional design skills and a sharp eye for detail across all project stages

  • Have experience managing teams and coordinating across disciplines

  • Are entrepreneurial—you take ownership, solve problems, and want to contribute to the firm’s growth and culture

  • Are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and craft

What you’ll need: 

  • Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and detailing

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD  and Revit,  SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Deep knowledge of Ontario Building Code (Parts 3 & 9)

  • Experience in all project phases, including approvals, construction drawings, and site reviews

  • Excellent client, consultant, and team communication skills

  • Bonus: Passive House experience, LEED and/or WELL accreditation
