Technical Execution

  • Manage project documentation and lead the coordination of architectural drawings and models

  • Interpret and apply building codes, municipal by-laws, and other relevant technical standards

Team Mentorship

  • Guide and review work produced by junior team members

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the studio

  • Provide oversight and support to ensure projects meet studio quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Science, or Architectural Technology

  • 8 years of post-graduate professional experience

  • Proven experience with a range of project types: retail, commercial, interiors, and multi-unit residential

  • Familiarity with local building codes and the municipal approvals process

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • A commitment to working on-site with the team—no remote component
