An established and growing architecture practice is seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to support the delivery of complex projects through the construction phase.

This role is suited to a technically strong and confident professional who enjoys being closely involved in construction, is comfortable taking ownership, and brings a practical, solutions focused approach to project delivery. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact during construction and play a critical role in ensuring that design intent is executed accurately on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction administration activities from construction through project closeout
• Act as a primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors during the construction phase
• Review RFIs, shop drawings, site conditions, and contract documentation
• Identify and help resolve coordination and site-related issues in a timely manner
• Support the delivery of accurate, coordinated, and high-quality drawing packages
• Contribute to quality assurance and uphold technical standards across projects

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience including demonstrated experience in Construction Administration on medium to large scale projects
• Strong technical understanding of construction methods, detailing, and coordination
• Working knowledge of Revit and contract administration tools
• Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Background in architecture or architectural technology

Compensation: $85K – $110K
