Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Designer with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in multi-unit residential and hospitality design. The ideal candidate is resourceful, takes initiative, and excels in communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative solutions for multi-unit residential and hospitality projects.
Utilize strong SketchUp and Photoshop skills to create detailed and visually compelling designs.
Conduct research and specify commercial-grade FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
Produce a range of design documentation, including interior sketches (both software-generated and hand-drawn), mood boards, plans, elevations, renderings, and detailing.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 years post-graduate work experience in multi-unit residential and hospitality design.
Proficiency in SketchUp and Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of commercial-grade FF&E specifications.
Excellent multi-tasking abilities and time management skills.
Exceptional creativity with a portfolio demonstrating a range of work across different design phases, including ideation, sketches, mood boards, plans, elevations, and renderings.
Professionalism, confidence, and strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
