Job Description

Join this well established design firm with over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry. We are currently seeking a Senior Designer/Team Leader to join our team. As the Senior Designer/Team Leader  you will be expected to provide high-level supervision, review all correspondence and address any concerns that may arise, while also managing project budgets and scope. Moreover, you will be responsible for supporting intermediate team members, guiding them through the project’s complexities, and taking on a few clients yourself. Your role will be instrumental in delivering successful hospitality designs that meet clients’ expectations and drive business growth.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and other applicable laws
  • Well-organized problem solver
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
