Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of bold, innovative design concepts that tell compelling stories and resonate with the project’s vision.
• Collaborate with Project Leads to bring large-scale hospitality and multi-residential projects from concept to completion.
• Manage multiple projects across all phases, ensuring design integrity, quality, and innovation remain at the forefront.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, presenting design concepts that inspire and meet their needs.
• Select and specify design elements that align with the narrative and vision for each project.
• Prepare detailed design specifications using studio software.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in hospitality and multi-residential design.
• A proven ability to create and present compelling design concepts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Ability to express ideas in both 3D modeling and freehand sketching.
• Knowledge of FF&E, with experience working closely with in-house FF&E specialists.
