We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. If you thrive in conceptual design and excel at transforming vision into reality, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of bold, innovative design concepts that tell compelling stories and resonate with the project’s vision.
Collaborate with Project Leads to bring large-scale hospitality and multi-residential projects from concept to completion.
Manage multiple projects across all phases, ensuring design integrity, quality, and innovation remain at the forefront.
Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, presenting design concepts that inspire and meet their needs.
Select and specify design elements that align with the narrative and vision for each project.
Prepare detailed design specifications using studio software.
What You’ll Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in hospitality and multi-residential design.
A proven ability to create and present compelling design concepts.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
Ability to express ideas in both 3D modeling and freehand sketching.
Knowledge of FF&E, with experience working closely with in-house FF&E specialists.
