Join an award-winning, internationally recognized studio renowned for its beautiful, innovative, and highly personalized interiors currently looking for a Procurement Coordinator/Administrator to join our team on an 18 month contract.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate with Suppliers – Reach out to suppliers, gather quotations, specifications, and product details to keep the design team informed and projects on track.
  • Manage Procurement – Ensure smooth transactions by confirming discounts, payment terms, stock availability, lead times, and other critical details.
  • Handle Financials – Prepare and manage client proposals, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring financial accuracy across the board.
  • Track Projects – Oversee logistics, deliveries, and installations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Support the Design Process – Organize design documentation and handle approval processes for strike-offs, samples, shop drawings, and more.
  • Assist with Bookkeeping – Enter vendor invoices into accounting software and handle monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring everything balances.
  • Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with designers, suppliers, clients, and trades to ensure everything aligns perfectly and projects are completed successfully.

Who You Are:

  • You’re highly organized, analytical, and thrive on managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and a passion for ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, able to connect with suppliers, designers, clients, and trades effortlessly.
  • You’ve got solid bookkeeping skills, including experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • You’re savvy when it comes to logistics, including understanding transportation, customs, taxes, and everything that keeps a project moving forward.
  • You’re eager to learn and contribute, excited to grow your skills and knowledge in a creative environment.
