We are a boutique office furniture dealership with a strong foundation of loyal clients, offering high quality A line products. As we grow, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to optimize our systems, streamline processes, and ensure the business runs efficiently—freeing up leadership to focus on sales and expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day business operations to enhance efficiency, profitability, and team collaboration. Your focus will be on financial oversight, operational systems management, and HR/supplier relations to drive overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Optimize Business Systems –  Manage and refine our operating system for maximum efficiency, including financial reporting, workflow management, and lead tracking.
✔ Financial & HR Oversight – Handle cash flow management, monthly financial closeouts, and improve HR frameworks (e.g., contract reviews, onboarding).
✔ Tenant & Vendor Management –  Ensure smooth operations, including resolving lease-related issues and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
✔ Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with leadership, bookkeepers, project managers, and sales teams to align business objectives.
✔ Growth & Scalability –  Identify opportunities to optimize processes, increase profitability, and strengthen our market position in a competitive industry.

What You Bring

Experience in the office furniture industry is preferred
Financial & Operational Acumen – Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow management, and profitability optimization.
Project Management Mindset –  Ability to manage multiple moving parts and improve workflow efficiency.
Leadership & Team Collaboration – A “member of the band” mentality—working openly, flexibly, and collaboratively with all types of personalities.
Problem-Solving & Systems Thinking –  Logical, solutions-driven, and proactive in identifying and fixing inefficiencies.
Straight Shooter Attitude – No ego, asks questions to understand, and ensures clarity in communication.
