With a focus on elevating brands and crafting visionary designs, we’re seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to help expand our reach, grow client relationships, and position us for future success.

As the Marketing & Business Development Manager, you’ll drive our marketing strategy and business development efforts, working directly with our leadership team and a Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our brand and engage new clients. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, perfect for a proactive, creative thinker with a deep appreciation for design and a talent for building connections in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Strategy

  • Shape and implement a marketing plan aligned with our brand and growth goals.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing, including social media and website content.
  • Lead PR efforts, managing relationships with media and partners to elevate our visibility.

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Work alongside the Director of Design & Business Development to attract and engage new clients and partners, identifying market opportunities through research and CRM management.
  • Drive client outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, generating leads that align with our expertise.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking functions, building relationships that contribute to our growth strategy.
  • Maintain our CRM database to track interactions, follow up on leads, and foster lasting client connections.

Project & Proposal Management

  • Oversee proposal submissions and manage client-facing documents in coordination with leadership.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor the Marketing Coordinator, fostering a collaborative environment and bringing expertise to strategic discussions.

About You
You bring proven marketing and business development experience, ideally from a design or architecture background. You’re skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and CRM systems and are ready to drive both branding and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Design
  • 8+ years in marketing and business development, preferably in design/architecture
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
