Our client is a growing Architecture firm specializing in educational and institutional projects. We are currently looking to add a Marketing Marketing Coordinator to our close knit team to work closely with the partners.
The successful candidate should have the ability to multi-task, be extremely organized, and manage multiple projects of varying kinds in a fast-paced changing environment. In this position, you will be directly working with the Principals and Architectural Designers collaboratively. You will be an active member of the team, contributing to the Business Development strategies and marketing initiatives.
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Writing, editing, and layout of content for proposals, presentations, award submissions, and publications.
Soliciting input/information from Principals and architectural staff.
Coordinating proposal contributions from sub-consultants.
If required, attend RFP mandatory site visits, and prepare site visit notes.
Scheduling and task management.
Generation and publishing of website / social media content
Continuously updating Project Information Database / Library.
Develop and maintain resume templates for all staff members.
Website and Social Media – Maintain website. Develop and manage social media content for platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram.
Design posters and promotional media.
The ideal candidate will have a University Degree / College Diploma in Architecture / Marketing / Communications / Design.
1-2 years experience in a marketing role in the Architecture, Design or Engineering industry.
Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Working knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn.
