Join our dynamic Marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator. If you’re passionate about design, storytelling, and the world of arts and culture, this is the perfect job for you!

As our Coordinator extraordinaire, you’ll be the driving force behind our captivating content. We’re talking about creating compelling videos, stunning photos, and engaging editorials that leave viewers wanting more. You’ll play a crucial role in executing our marketing and social strategies while providing direct support for business development and press initiatives. With your fresh perspective, you’ll bring our firm’s message and brand image to life, infusing each piece of content with your passion for arts and culture.

Ideally, you’ll have 3+  years of relevant experience with a background in Interior Design or Architecture. It’s essential that you have a talent for storytelling on digital platforms and are skilled at navigating content management systems. Experience in delivering impactful email. Experience in social media advertising and have a good understanding of Google Analytics would be an asset.

We’re seeking someone who can work magic with programs like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere) and/or Canva. Of course, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential for collaborating effectively with the team.

Attention to detail is crucial. Your visual presentation skills should be top-notch, and you should possess a keen eye for catching discrepancies and spelling errors that others may miss. In terms of communication, we’re looking for someone who can excel in both verbal and written interactions, captivating audiences and bringing ideas to life.

We’re seeking a candidate who not only has a deep passion for arts and culture but also possesses a strong connection to the world around them. You should be in tune with society’s narratives and trends, allowing you to effectively network and build relationships with our studio team, clients, and industry peers. Above all, your enthusiasm should be infectious, bringing positive vibes and a determined “get-it-done” attitude to the team.
