What You’ll Do
  • Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, managing client relationships and leading internal and external teams.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of applications for site plan approvals, zoning, and permits.
  • Lead the development of detailed contract documents, ensuring coordination with consultants and compliance with project goals.
  • Supervise contract administration, both in the office and on-site, to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Provide strategic insight and contribute to business development, including client outreach and proposal preparation.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
What You Bring
  • Licensed Architect (OAA) with 10+ years of experience in architecture.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in multi-unit residential and other large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp.
  • Advanced knowledge of building systems, construction detailing, and Ontario Building Code (OBC) standards.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and build strong client relationships.
  • A business-savvy mindset with experience in business development, including client engagement and proposal writing.
  • Passion for high-performance design, including envelope design and sustainable building systems (e.g., Passive House, Net Zero).
