What You’ll Do as Our Interior Design Project Manager

You’ll take the lead on projects that inspire and challenge you, ensuring every detail reflects excellence and aligns with client goals. This is your chance to combine your creative vision, strategic mindset, and leadership abilities to make an impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design intent, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and financials, including fee proposals, billing, and optimizing profitability.
  • Oversee contract administration, including submittals, RFIs, payment certifications, and closeouts.
  • Ensure compliance with OBC and regulations while mentoring your team on best practices.
  • Drive collaboration, offering guidance and support to your team while fostering a positive and productive environment.

Who You Are

You’re a seasoned Interior Designer with 8+ years of experience, including project management or team leadership roles. You hold a degree or diploma in Interior Design, are working toward NCIDQ certification (or already certified), and ideally hold ARIDO membership. Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite, you bring both technical expertise and a passion for staying ahead of design trends. With strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, you thrive in collaborative environments, build strong client relationships, and are committed to delivering high-quality, impactful designs that meet the highest standards.
