Job Description

We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial interiors to join our growing team. If you’re currently managing projects for a General Contractor and want to take on a role where you’ll own the entire lifecycle of corporate office projects—this is your opportunity to step up.

Who We Ar

We’re changing how office spaces are designed and built by offering clients a fully integrated approach that combines design, construction, and delivery.

Our process starts with a clear strategy: detailed space plans, accurate cost estimates, and transparent project scopes. From there, our teams seamlessly transition into construction, ensuring smooth handoffs and efficient execution. What sets us apart is our ability to deliver end-to-end solutions that save time, reduce complexity, and create incredible workspaces.

We work with some of the largest landlords and top companies in Canada, delivering high-profile, innovative office projects. Join us and bring your construction expertise to a forward-thinking team that’s redefining the industry.

Your Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee every phase of office interior projects, from pre-construction planning through to project completion. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and on-site execution, acting as the key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage all construction phases, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams to transition projects from planning into construction seamlessly.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones and ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Lead client meetings, document key decisions, and distribute updates to all stakeholders promptly.
  • Select, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and trades.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, monitor payment schedules, and address discrepancies quickly to avoid delays.
  • Oversee project budgets, including change orders and cost controls, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

What You Bring
  • 12+ years of experience managing commercial interiors or fit-out projects, preferably with a General Contractor.
  • A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on expertise in construction scheduling, budget management, and risk assessment.
  • Experience working with subcontractors, trades, and suppliers, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, as well as Excel and other tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • A results-oriented approach, with a passion for delivering projects that exceed expectations.

Why Join Us?
  • Own projects from start to finish, with autonomy and support.
  • Collaborate with leading landlords and companies to deliver inspiring office spaces.
  • Be part of a team that values innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Grow your skills in a company that recognizes and rewards your contributions.

If you’re a construction project manager ready to take on exciting challenges and lead transformative projects, we want to hear from you.
