Job Description

Are you ready to take on an exciting role at the forefront of the corporate office interiors revolution? We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our fast-growing team and lead transformative office interior projects.

As a disruptive construction-tech startup, we’re rethinking how offices are designed, built, and delivered. Our process starts with developing a comprehensive strategy for every project, including detailed space plans and accurate cost estimates, to ensure clients understand the full scope from the outset. From there, our design team works collaboratively with clients to turn concepts into reality, creating environments that seamlessly align with their business goals. What sets us apart is that the same team that designs the space builds it, ensuring a smooth transition from planning to execution. We keep clients informed throughout the process, balancing risks with agile project management to deliver on time and on budget.

Our innovative approach has captured the attention of Canada’s largest landlords, and we’ve played a key role in some of the most high-profile office transactions in Toronto. Now, we want YOU to help us drive the next wave of innovation in office interiors.

Your Role: As the Construction Project Manager, you’ll oversee every phase of corporate office interior projects – from strategy and design through to construction and delivery. You’ll collaborate with Interior Designers, Architects, Engineers, and Construction Managers to ensure smooth execution and exceptional project outcomes.

You will:

  • Lead the Construction Process: Manage all construction phases, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain up-to-date project schedules and handle change requests, tracking project milestones and resolving any billing delays or issues with the schedule.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, documenting every meeting and ensuring prompt distribution of meeting minutes. Keep clients informed on project progress and respond to any concerns quickly.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure invoices are submitted correctly, reviewed promptly, and tracked to prevent delays. Monitor and address any necessary invoice revisions.
  • RFIs and Tenders: Respond quickly to RFIs (Requests for Information), ensuring they are resolved and closed efficiently. Follow approved tender action plans and manage tenders according to established guidelines.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Oversee the project budget, monitoring cost types, change orders, and variances. Track the overall net budget surplus or deficit, ensuring financial alignment with project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address potential project risks early, ensuring a smooth construction process from start to finish.

Why Work With Us?

  • Be part of a cutting-edge startup that’s transforming corporate office interiors.
  • Enjoy a hybrid work model that offers flexibility while ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Thrive in a culture that values integrity, innovation, and celebrates continuous improvement.
  • Join a team that recognizes and rewards your contributions as you help shape the future of office spaces.

Ready to lead the next generation of inspiring office interiors? Join us as our Construction Project Manager and be part of something remarkable! Apply now!
