Join this well established and design oriented firm in an Intermediate Architectural Technologist role. This is a project-dedicated role, responsible for the day-to-day organization, development and coordination of Construction Documentation. Work directly with Project Architects from Design Development to completion of Construction Documents.
Understanding of construction practices, Construction detailing are essential to this role.

Working closely with the Project Architect, you will document and coordinate drawing packages from Design Development, into Permitting, Tendering and through to Issued for Construction. Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections and details. Work with Contract Administrator during construction to assist in the review of Shop Drawings and preparation of Site Instructions.

In this role you will utilize your strong technical skills (AutoCAD and Revit) and 5 years of related Architecture experience to successfully deliver your projects. Your experience working on mid to high rise residential and mixed use projects will allow you to confidently contribute in the production of coordination of CD.
