As a Project Manager, you’ll have the chance to grow and lead within our firm for the long term. You’ll be directly involved in diverse and cutting-edge large scale projects, collaborating with renowned architects and designers. Your expertise and leadership skills will play a vital role in managing complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of exceptional architectural designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage teams, overseeing the design and coordination of complex large-scale projects, including High Rise Residential, large scale Commercial and Healthcare projects.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of building technology, construction methods, sustainability strategies, building codes, and construction drawings.
  • Use your advanced proficiency in Revit to develop and coordinate architectural designs.
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving skills in coordinating complex building systems.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead the preparation of comprehensive construction documents through effective teamwork and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10  years’ experience working on architectural projects, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex large-scale projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, staying current with the latest version.
  • Excellent knowledge of building technology, construction methods, sustainability principles, and building codes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and interest in the technical design and coordination of complex building systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills.
