Our portfolio includes major academic, commercial, and institutional work, along with transformative urban design and mixed-use projects across the GTA and internationally. We’re dedicated to pushing boundaries, elevating design excellence, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. We’re currently seeking a Project Manager to lead diverse projects.

About You

You’re an experienced architect with 8–10 years of professional Canadian experience. You’ve mastered the art of balancing design creativity with technical execution and are ready to take on a leadership role. You thrive on collaboration, problem-solving, and the satisfaction of seeing projects come to life. You’re detail oriented, organized, and eager to manage teams and projects with confidence and purpose.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire project teams through every stage of the project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure vision, goals, and timelines are met.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans with precision and creativity.
  • Play a key role in design development, preparing architectural drawings, and coordinating contract documents.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring exceptional quality and outcomes.
  • Take ownership of contract administration, resolving issues, and driving successful project delivery.

What You Bring

  • 8–10 years of architectural experience, with a proven ability to lead teams and projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools. Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code, building systems, and materials.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate consultants and manage contracts, schedules, and budgets.
  • A strong eye for design with experience in concept initiation, detailing, and presentation.
  • Licensed Architect with OAA (preferred)  and ideally LEED accreditation or a Project Management certification.
