As part of our in house Interior Design team you will you will be contributing to all stages of projects from development to construction, working with internal and external consultant teams.

As an Intermediate Interior Designer you will perform interior design assignments that include programming, space planning, schematic design, and contract administration. You will provide design support and documentation during construction and execution of the design concepts.
Working with our design consultants you will be reviewing interior design drawings for accuracy, consistency, materiality, constructability. • Reviewing ID shop drawings for accuracy and consistency. • Seek innovative ideas to support the design team with solutions during the design development and construction process. •
You will also be required to create construction details and millwork as needed to assist the construction team. participate in the contract admin phase, issue SI and Conduct monthly site visits and prepare site reports during the finishing phase.
The ideal candidate for this role is a creative designer who is up to date on hospitality and residential design trends and innovation. A strong Technical designer who is detail oriented and understands interior detaling including millwork. An excellent communicator who can work well with our design partners as well as internal teams. A flexible and proactive individual who naturally goes the extra miles.
At least 5 years experience in high-end multi-family residential design. You should have a complete knowledge of Contract Administration from tender through project close out as well as knowledge Revit and AutoCAD.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Bluebeam
